Worship with us!

Sunday mornings at 9:30 am

We offer worship in person and online.
We invite you to join us! Worship at CMLC is relaxed, inclusive, and participatory.
If you're worshipping with us in person, here are answers to some questions you might have:
Parking and accessibility?
The church has a large parking lot. All building spaces are on the ground level with wide hallways and sanctuary aisles and a convenient and accessible bathroom. The church strives to provide accommodations that make all feel comfortable and welcome.
What should I wear?
You are encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and beloved. Most dress informally but sequins and tiaras are also welcome if that's who you are.
Are Sunday mornings kid-friendly? What if my child is noisy?
As our childcare ministry attests, we love kids and want families to feel supported and at home. We strive to make worship accessible and engaging for all ages, and we have family-friendly spaces outside the sanctuary to give parents options. We also offer Sunday School during the worship service throughout the school year.
How long does the service last?
Worship services typically last one hour.
What is worship like?
For those with experience in liturgical traditions, there will likely be a sense of familiarity in the prayers, pipe organ, occasional chanting, and rituals centered on baptism and communion. But our worship is also creative and seeks to draw all people to a shared table of mercy, justice, and love. Every Sunday at Christ Memorial, you will hear good news proclaimed and be invited to feast on the forgiveness that Christ gives.
What is kids' sunday school like?
We're glad you asked. Sunday School at Christ Memorial is unique. Each session includes a biblical story (often told on a cool, retro felt board), an arts and crafts project, and opportunities for free play. As a small worshiping community, we are able to bring together children of diverse ages. Other children and caring adults will quickly learn your child's name and will welcome their uniqueness as a gift to the community.
Is there food?
We are big fans of food and fellowship. Every Sunday after worship, there is food and friendliness for all. The fellowship hall also has toys and an adjacent, fenced playground to help entertain kids of all ages.
