Women's Bible Study

Women's Bible Study will start up again on Tuesday, September 28, at 7:00 p.m. in the church library.  We will be starting the new Bible study in Lutheran Woman Today entitled, "The People of God: Unity in the Midst of Diversity."  We will be meeting on the 4th Tuesday each month.  Session 1 will focus on Reading the Bible.  All women are invited.  We would love to see some new faces.  A copy of the Bible study is posted on the bulletin board outside the nursery if you would like to check it out, but you do not have to have read it to come on Sept. 28.  We are a very informal group.

Christ Memorial "To Do" List

The "To Do' list is a new idea - here's how it will work.  Members from the congregation pick an item from the list, sign up to do the item (the sign up sheet is on the kiosk), and contact Jerry Leininger for materials and equipment.  Then you just schedule a time and complete the item.  (If the members would want to pay for the materials and donate that to the church, let Penny know so you can get credit.)

Current items on the list:

Exterior doors-inside paint, carpet in choir room, roof fence repair & paint, clean out pump room, clean all tile floors, clean vinyl floors, fix education doors, plates & door stops, gutters (repair & clean-north side of church), touch up paint in hall & fellowship hall.
